The makeover process at the Elem foundation was led by Mindspace’s design team, with the intention of creating a safe and nurturing space where Elem community members could gather. They created a design plan to match its young inhabitants’ tastes and sensitivities. The work was focused on the ground floor which features a lounge and seating areas.
